  " No real problems with our experience. It was the first time we'd used the service where you collect the keys from the lockers which was easy enough but maybe a map of the car park would be useful as it was dark and raining when we returned and it took us a couple of minutes to find our car. The bar code scanner on the exit gate didn't like the wet either and wouldn't register our bar code. "

  You may wish to consider the following:
  On the ticket attached to the keys on collection, there are boxes which allows for your drivers to initial who has moved the car, which was not completed. I suggest the ticket is redesigned to remove this, or ensure the ticket is signed and completed properly. "
