  " It all ran very smoothly. The staff were very helpful and we did not have to wait for a bus it was waiting for us on our outward journey and we were able to get a seat. Unfortunately on our return the bus was very full and we had to stand in the gangway with our luggage "

  " The option of meet and greet on the return trip. Emphasise need to ring in as soon as baggage has been collected. Delivery of car takes a while and could be a deterring factor in bad weather. "

  " Plenty of buses and simple to deposit key etc. The only problem I have is that when I've used APH the drivers have been helpful with loading cases etc. Whereas I find that your drivers aren't exactly customer friendly and make no effort to help. I'm getting on a bit and a bit of help with my case wouldn't go amiss! "

  Only bad point, It seems my driver's door inherited a couple of scratches it didn't have before, my car is old so no big deal for me but I would have been upset if it was a new car. "

  " I had to change my return time due to an unexpected incident. I tried to call the number given and also emailed customer services (enquiries@airparks.co.uk). I had no luck with either of these and never received a reply to my email. I eventually got through on the number given and had no problem making the changes and then collecting the car at the new time.
  Apart from the lack of response, I had very good experience of the service received. "

  " Waiting time to leave the car park afetr arrival can be a bit long and the waiting facilities are not the best, the shelter could certainly do with being bigger.
  The coaches are a bit awkward to use as they do not have a centre door and they are quite nosiy. "

  " We had a bit of confusion finding the car park, so would recommend more signs. But it was quick & simple once there. The bus service to & from airport turned up & went at times it stated. Returning & finding car was simple too. "

  The buses we feel are overcrowded however and lifting 20kg luggage into high racks is an issue for seniors. "

  " I have used Airparks for several years now and have had excellent service. However on Sunday 14th May I arrived back from my visit to Dublin to find that my car key had been misplaced and spent 40 minutes waiting for your staff to locate it. Eventually, it was found under a chair in your office. The lady in the office looked after me very well and I am aware that this is a very rare occurrence, but hopefully you can make sure that nothing like this happens again. "
