  " The ease and service. It would have been a 10 but the bus driver on the way back would not allow us to bring on a fresh coffee we had just purchased. He was very rude and abrupt. Others walked on with bottled drinks and nothing was said and the driver said it was company policy on coffee. After a long journey and driving home at mid night, you want to ensure you are focused and a coffee helps. In this day and age, it is widely accepted to drink coffee on transport so after spending money on something and having to leave it outside it very frustrating. "

  " Really good service, but why don't they take the returning flight details at booking time, rather than when I am checking in.
  I have this organised now, by writing the return flight details on my booking, because I know I will be asked for them, and I cant remember flight numbers, arrival times for the return flight when I have been up since 4am to get to the airport. "
