However did not like the fact my car was not locked with note saying car wont lock. the car locks perfectly well with the key, obviously lack of care by the parker, very disappointed. And more info should be given on where to pick up bus bus on return journey to airport. "

  " I use Airparks Birmingham twice a year and I have just used Airparks Luton. I have found the staff and drivers very helpful and pleasant. The service has been excellent however the drivers who park and move my car on all occasions have muddy footwear, leaving mud on the inside of the drivers door and on the drivers footwell mats which require cleaning and hoovering by me. This is the third time this has happened in the past year. I keep my car very clean and expect it to be returned in the same condition. Also why do I pay £23.00 at Birmingham but £53.00 at Luton for exactly the same service?

  " The concept is great and easy. BUT i have a performance car and the guy who moved my car was revving the nuts of it just to move it a few yards. What he didn't realise was i have a dash cam which is hidden behind the mirror and cant be seen when driving "

  " No extra charges even though my plane was delayed. Only issue is that there should be more buses for transfer as a lot of people were left at the airport the first time around so I was lucky to get on. Very good overall though "
