  " I'm generally pleased with the service you provide and have used your service many times. On my last visit last weekend on my return Monday evening I found all my paperwork all over the floor of my van. I also noticed that the clock was not at the correct time and the trip meter was at zero which points to the battery. I'm not sure what happened but I would of liked some one to have left me feedback. I have owned the van from new and it has just had a major service at VW Citygate van centre. The health checkup didn't give any indication of a poor battery. "

  " Coming back from the airport - the process was very slick and you didn't need to search around for your car as it was parked close to the check out. The only downfall was the smell of the bus on the way to the airport-it was so strongly smelling of bleach it stung my eyes! "

  " once i parked the car it was easy for me to use the touch screen to organise my receipt for my car. however it was my return that i was pleased about . i was able to scan my ticket, which brought up a number unlocked a secure box that held my keys . from start to finish it took about 1 minute maximum "

  had a booking previously that i contacted customer service on couple of occasions and had to leave a message to ask them to call me back. Unfortunately nobody called. "

  " On my return the driver did not speak once - Welcome or what to do when getting off the bus. I could not immediately find the hut where my key was. Struggled to obtain key or find lane in the dark. No staff available for assistance. I am disabled: Could my car not be parked near the bus stop? "

  " Check in and ride to the terminal were both good and quick.
  But, the arrangements for having the car delivered were a complete waste of time and money. It would have been quicker to catch the bus from right outside the terminal door. Due to the construction work it was difficult to find where to go. The car took almost half an hour from the time of calling to its arrival and there was little shelter from the rain. "

  " Drop off and collection of car very good. The transfer from the airport back to the car on arrival not so good, long queue waiting for the bus so not enough room on the first one that arrived so waited some time for the next which was also packed. "
