  " We have always found you gave excellent service but on picking up our car on the 20th April we overheard a customer complaint about one of the drivers over revving and racing their car has it was beening parked. This is given us great concern about the way our cars are being treated. We need reassurance in leaving our car next time. Await for a reply. "

  " Very convenient and a good bus service with efficient organisation of keys etc. However car roof was absolutely filthy when we returned as if it had been parked in a building site beneath something churning out sandy dust. Interesting! "

  " The service was fast and efficient, and a lot of steps in the flow are fully automated. The bus transportation to and from the airport was uneventful and reliable. The only issue that I had was with the inside of the car being very humid when I picked it up; there was a layer of water in the inside of all of the windows, which I had to clean up before driving away. This phenomenon does not normally happen to the car, and I am unsure about its cause. "
