  " The system works very well although the coach connection is a little slow (at every 20 minutes). I suppose that is a reflection on Luton's small size. The staff are all super helpful, though. No one has ever helped me with my bags at an airport car park before! "

  " Safe and secure. Would have been a 10, but on this last trip the bus driver saw me walking towards Bay M, and pulled out anyway. Nobody else on the bus, so no excuse about holding someone else up. But until now, with five uses in the last three weeks, very happy with the service. "
