  " Sorry, I am using this box to make a comment. We arrived back in the evening and it was the first time we had used the new system. We did find it a bit confusing (not the scanning, or the screen saying where the car was parked, but where you actually got the car keys out of the machine - the machine didn't indicate that you had to look elsewhere for the key). Also, not sure if I missed it as it was dark, but when I got the key I took the tab off not realising that I would need it to scan at the barrier to get out. It may be helpful if there was an instructive audio on the bus back (a bit like the safety one you used to have playing) which would give you a heads up on what to do when you get to the carpark. It was quite difficult to read the instructions on the paper ticket in the dark and that only gavae you the first art of the process. Apart from that, Airparks is always our preferred choice.   " Driver on journey to the airport was very helpful with luggage and mobility scooter.Wish this could be repeated on all journeys, as on return trip I had to stand on the bus and my wife had to deal with the luggage and scooter by herself. "

  " when I came back from the airport to collect the keys, I scanned the ticket, the box opened with another key. I went to the operator and the lady rudely told me that I have scanned the wrong ticket and that is why I found another car key. My question was " how could I have scanned the wrong ticket if that was the ticket given by the machine when we dropped the car off? " I was not impressed at all by the lady, lack of customer service. She was English and did not seem to know what she was doing. It was obviously that whomever moved the cars in the car park did a honest mistake and put the keys in the wrong box however I will never forget her screaming and yelling. I am not the type of person to complain about anything unless I'm being treated badly which was the case. Overall, your service is very good, will use it again. "

  " All the parking, bus journey, return finding the bus stop and the picking up of your car were all really well organized and ran smoothly . The only critism we had our car valeted while we were away and we were very disappointed with the result. The internal widows were smeary , the inside of the rear tail gate was dirty. The wing mirrors were smeary too. We usual have a mini valet at half the price of this and they do a btter job. "

  1 thing let down the experience. That was the bus driver failed to let me board the 1st return bus and left me standing in the rain to wait for the next one. He looked me in the eye and drove off. "

  " Whilst I appreciate that at the moment a lot of work and alterations are being carried out at Luton airport, the drop off and collection point is NOT under cover therefore passengers are left exposed to the elements which is not good for the long term.
  I regularly use your company, usually around six times a year which shows that I am pleased with the service provided, however I am having to reconsider using Airparks during the winter months due to there being no cover. "

  " Good morning this time I was disappointed my keys were not ready to collect in the little boxes and I had to wait while they looked for them, there had been damage to the drivers door where it had been opened on to a rope not bad but still damaged. staff were help full but still not up to your normal level "

  " On the good side: everything at Slip End was fantastically efficient and clear with good facilities. The bus was comfortable and punctual. On the bad side: Very unclear at Luton airport where the return bus was departing from. The information on the Airparks website is wrong - it hasn't been updated with the building works that's going on. There were no signs and the Luton Airport staff were clueless. Wandered around for ages looking for the bus and then eventually rang the Airparks helpline and they gave me good information. "

  " Parking and picking the car up again was very efficient. A very quick process.
  There were issues picking up the bus from the airport which took ages but when back at the car park it went smoothly.
  The only suggestion I would have would be to provide more buses. "
