  " Simplicity of the whole service. I was a bit concerned booking in but was helped by an employee. Collecting the car was really easy using the ticket I was issued with when I left my car. The car was parked close to the drop off point and we were away relatively quickly. I would feel confident using the service again. "

  " Very pleasant helpful staff and easy to find. Straight forward bookin with help if needed.Bus arrived after a short break and journey was about 15 minutes to the airport. My only bugbear was on our return we chose valet pickup and it was not clearly marked where we should wait. We eventually found a friendly rep but there was no sign. "

  " The speed of the process when we got back to the Carpark at Slip End... simply scan your ticket, the machine tells you the row of where your car is. Is this ok? Yes.. out pops your car key.. Simple and effective. "

  " Easy to book and check in and shuttle service was good. We had to wait quite a long time for the shuttle back, but it arrived OK and the driver helped with the luggage which I appreciated. "
