  " The automated key release system is fun and the car was parked ready for collection nearby, which was great given the pouring rain.
  The frequency of the buses should be increased though as 20 mins is a long wait. "

  " On recieving my car back the electric window button was broken and pushed into the door and the engine was over heated immediately severley hampering my journey leading me to think the csr was mishandled whilst driving as this has never been a problem before. "

  " Dear Sirs, My booking reference was YATDV and I frequently use your car park, when I came back to collect my car I found out that the inside heater fan and temperature control turned up to the maximum and the quite a bit of fuel been used,I have suspicious someone been warming himself on my expense.
  This is not expected from a reputable establishment.
  This has not happened to me in the past and I would like an explanation.

  " Everything was perfect except that in the buss was very hot inside, difficult to breath +30 degrees or more. All windows closed, air condition off or not working properly. "

  " You have become too automated and impersonal. Welcome back the days of a reception and a counter.
  YOU BADLY NEED A SHELTER AT THE AIRPORT = it does rain in this country and quite often. How about a clock/dial which will show when the next bus will arrive at the airport for those returning home. "

  " Quick and easy to use. Friendly and efficient staff.
  When we got to the airport my husband found he had left his wallet in the car. He rang Airparks who went to have a look in the car and rang back straight away, luckily saying they had found it. We were relieved as all the holiday money was in it!. They allowed him to get on the next shuttle bus, go back and get the wallet and then get back on the bus to the airport, all with an hour to spare before we flew!! "

  " the ease of finding your unit and and getting car handed over i thought was good but to my surprise you went one further on my return when i noticed my car ready waiting in line to go as the transfer bus pulled into the park all i had to do was pick up my keys from your no hassle key station and load the car then leave excellent will definitely be using you again "

  " Driver of the bus was rude when I got in to the bus from the side not through shelted bus stop. He started to shout "health and safety!", I said "sorry"
