  " Things went as per instructions. It would be useful to have an Airparks sign at the pick up bus stop at bay M, so that you know you are at the correct place. There was a big queue at the National Express stop next to bay M and quite a few people went into this queue, thinking it was the Airparks queue "

  " My only criticism is that when I arrived back at Luton, the bus was in its bay and as I approached the driver closed the doors and I indicated that I wanted to get onto the bus but the driver just shrugged his shoulders - it was a cold night and the driver could have been a little more customer friendly!!! "

  The least - on the return journey finding the temporary bus stop at the terminal as it wasn't signed. Luckily there was a guy with a clipboard who was able to help. "

  " Easy, practical, and a lot cheaper than the official airport car parks. Having at the airport an indication of the wait until the next bus to the car park would be a usefull addition though, so you do't have to stand in the cold/rain for 20 minutes. "

  Only pick ups which are minor, my seat settings where completely messed about with not just slid back/forward. Also the price could be a little cheaper or some deal for regular parkers. "
