  " We enjoyed the quick and automated procedure and the very helpful man when we checked in however we did not enjoy being crammed onto the shuttle bus on our outward journey which although was only a short ride it was most unpleasant having between 15 and 20 people standing on the bus .The return journey was better having only one person standing . "

  " Simple process of checking in and retrieving keys and vehicle. However, WiFi advertised on buses never existed and no prior notice that bar code on key fob was needed to open the exit barrier. It's lucky that I just didn't tear the key fob off and stick it straight in the bin when I retrieved my key otherwise I would've been stuck in that car park for quite some time and probably holding up other customers wanting to exit. "
