  " Easy to park in a lane and leave the keys, although the signage on the kiosk is misleading - we didn't realise there were machines inside we had to use, thought it was just the machine outside. This caused some confusion and we missed the first bus which was frustrating. The guy there helping was rather grumpy too. When we collected I expected the car to be parked in a lane for collection and it wasn't. It wasn't far to collect the car but we were tired and thought we'd just be able to get in and drive off - we had to de-ice the car first which wouldn't have been necessary had it been returned to a lane. Nevertheless, we would use Airparks again and now we know the system it would be smoother next time. "
