  " Instructions were easy to follow. There was no queue to enter the car park, everything was well organised and we were parked up and ready waiting for the shuttle service in less that 5 minutes.
  One area of improvement from my point of view is that there needs to be more instructions for exit process. We arrived late and there were no clear instructions about where the car would be parked and also that we had to put the tag into the barcode reader at the exit barrier. If this information was also added then I would without hesistancy give a score of 10. "

  " We have used Airparks many times & have always been pleased with efficient service & helpful staff. We always recommended you to family & friends. Again we booked optional extra "Priority Lane" but on arrival at Luton this time we were told that the Priority Lane was not open because they 'weren't that busy' (refund please). We have also booked "Priority Lane" for later this year, so hope it's available. "

  I would like to see the same barcode used from start to finish including the keys give back at the end of journey, i.e. Any mobile device accessed bar code used when retrieving keys not your tick stub that was issued at key drop off. "
