  " Really appreciated people helping at the ticket machines - made the whole process a lot easier. Minor thing - automatic doors into the building at the car park would be good - it's tricky to open heavy doors with bags. Also a shelter at the airport end (Bus pick up M and N) as I got quite wet waiting for the bus. "

  " Airparks experience generally good. I was a bit off-put by how fast my car was driven away. On departure there was no prior instruction about scanning the key fob in the exit gate, and the barcode took about 1 minute to be recognised by the gate.. "
