  " I liked the way your system worked, it seemed quite efficient.
  I don't understand why your driver altered my heating settings- not really a problem but if they were just parking the car why alter the temperature setting?
  My headlights were also left in the manual on position, again not a problem as the car shuts them off automatically but I would expect the driver to turn them to the off position to be sure as not all cars have this facility.
  These slight issues aside, I would still use your car park again and recommend you to others. "

  " Dropping the car off and getting the bus was great, just a wait for the bus. On the return journey air parks showed bus stop M but there was no M visible only bus stop N, I asked a man wearing an air park hi vis jacket what stop and when the next bus was due he said could be one of two stops as it depends what one the driver fancies pulling into and did not know how long we had to wait. "
