  " We have used Airparks for a number of years and have always been very pleased with the service provided. However, on our return to Luton Airport on 26th June , we had to wait about 25 minutes for a bus to take us off site to collect our car. Normally, there is always a bus waiting. It may just be a one off, but at that point of your return all you want to do is get home! Also, some delay on site, with one member of staff dealing with a queue of people to obtain their car keys! Normally this is done by a machine, hence a quicker exercise/service! "

  " Im using Airparks not for the first time and I've been always pleased with it, but it would be a lot better to sent shuttle buses more frequently especially now during the construction work being held on Lutin airport. People getting at the airport late as traffic is horrendous! Nobody wants to be late for their flights.... "
