  " Quick and easy to drop and pick up our car. The only drawback was the first bus was full and we had to get on the second bus and the second one was nearly full but the driver didn't want to leave until the waiting time of 10 mins lapsed. It would be great if they can be more flexible on the leaving time depending on how many passengers were waiting. "

  " Leaving the car went well with good directions and friendly staff. However I struggled to open the doors to the reception with my luggage so automatic doors would be easier. Returning was also easy but our car was parked in a large puddle so we got wet getting into it. "
