  " Ease of checking in and checking out, mainly thanks to helpful staff. Although there are machines to do this, when you are under pressure to catch a flight, it is good to have a human being to guide you! "

  " Needs more signage from the A505 to find you easier. Once found all easy and straight forward. Not your fault but two different bus companies using you dedicated bays at Luton stopping you drivers entry! "

  " journey to airparks, ease of parking car and getting car cleaned. Unfortunately the return journey is a nightmare as bus didn't stop at stance m and those of us who had been queuing there for ages struggled to get onto the bus. "

  " I was pleasantly surprised to see staff using camera to record car condition on arrival. At the booth someone was always on hand to assist in key drop off.
  On arriving back received my keys from staff member, this can be improved as could off told me direction as to where my car would be donated, and that I need to use the card attached to my keyfob to exit the carpark.
  However, all in all, I will definately consider using Airparks again. "

  MY problems:
  - the key machine not worked, so I had to go to the office to get my keys back
  - At the airport the waiting place for the bus was not covered and in the rain we got wet.
  - Att the airport the were no sign when we can count for the next bus. "

  " The car park was easy to find and the check in process and the airport transfer was spot on. the meet and greet on arrival, was a bit disappointing due to the distance you have to walk and because we had to wait almost half an hour for the car to be delivered. it's closer and easier to jump in the bus that takes you to the car park. "

  " Waiting for 15-20min at the airport waiting for the bus to get into it's allocated pick-up point......not the fault of the bus driver but the other private coaches that had decided to park in the spaces! "

  " Easy check-in and good, regular shuttle service. On the return, the driver was very reluctant to assist ladies travelling alone with their luggage. One bus was filled with some passengers having to stand yet on our way out of the car park we saw another bus arriving with literally 1 passenger. It was a long way to walk to the car across a dark car park. "

  " I think you offer a very good service but I think you need to have more frequent buses. Last Sunday the bus was overfull and waited for more passengers to arrive. "
