  " Used air parks a few times and no complaints apart from this last time. When I arrived back to pick up my car it was parked in row A which was ar the far fence. As I could not walk very far it was a bit of a problem for me and a suitcase my disability badge was on display so could I request next time to have the car nearer the pick up station Otherwise everything fine "

  " Very easy service; Park, check in, retrieve your items for your trip and drop the key off. Bus was there waiting and took no time at all. Pickup was smooth and easy - very helpful staff too. I'm sure I would have used the wash service if they did it, or reduced their full clean prices. "

  " Efficient procedures on arrival before flight.
  However on return to Airpark it was not clear what to do and where to go. Better signage is required. Also, one individual taking and handing-out car keys was inefficient. A second staff member assisting at busy periods would improve this. "

  " Very friendly staff ready to help on my arrival. Swift processing on my return - very efficient member of staff dealing with key return although it would help with queues if there was a second person assisting. Overall very happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend and use again. Good value for money. "

  " It was very efficient and the staff were helpful. I arrived back in Luton when it started pouring with rain. The shelter was totally inadequate and people were drenched before the bus arrived. There is a need for better notification of the location of the bus stop as you leave arrivals, when you're on your way out you don't always locate how to get to the stop when you arrive home. "
