  " Information was good. Help and support at the kiosk was available at all times. The staff on duty were pleasant and helpful. We didn't have to wait too long for the bus's. It was better than expected.
  The loo could probably be checked a bit more often. "

  " It was straight forward to find ,booking it was easy, staff there to help you, straight on to bus, coming home waited only 10 mins , given keys and in car in under 5 mins, Only Gripe Barrier did not open for me, Technology hates me. had to send wife running back to ask someone to help. hey ho never mind.
