  " Entry and exit to the car park easy. However, not many buses and very overcrowded with suitcases having to be piled on and between seats and everyone having to stand over cases- quite dangerous for children and vulnerable people. The buses need to be a lot more frequent for the number of people using the service. "

  " The ONLY thing that wasn't quite clear was which bus stop the return bus from Luton Airport to the car park was picking up from. All other aspects of the parking process are very smooth which is why I've used you before many times. "

  " I use this car park for long long time. I was always happy with your service. Yesterday I came back and the bus was on the car park but the gate was close. The bus was pretty empty and the driver was waiting something. I ask him if I can get up or i need to wait for the next bus. The driver look at me said nothing, I ask again and this time show me his ears saying cannot hear me. After that in 1 minute he start the engine and gone. I'm not upset because he haven't take me, I'm upset with his attitude. Very rude. The bus was not moving and the engine close. He saw me but was very hard for him to give an answer (good or bad). When I receive the key I cannot figure out where is the car ( wrong information on the paper) but i was very lucky because I spot my car from the bus. I think on the paper was a L or I and some numbers but the car was actually on the M line. In the past I know was easy to see on the ticket and find my car. I hope in the future will be the same. Thank you "
