  " The car park was easier to find than I was expecting. I had a bit of trouble navigating the check-in machine (because it was 3.45am and I wasn't at my best!) and a very kind staff member helped me. The buses both ways were prompt. I found the price reasonable and would definitely use this service again. The only downsides were: the written instructions directed me to bay 4 at Luton to catch the Airparks bus back ... but there is no bay 4! I believe it was actually bay D. Also, I didn't realise before I got to the exit barrier that I had to insert the key tag. I had some difficulty removing it from the key ring but luckily there was somebody to help me. At least I'll know what to do next time! "

  " Easy to book online, directions for car park are clear and well sign posted. The car park itself looked clean and well maintained. Easy automated process for check-in the car. Short ride to the airport (leave enough time during peak hours - it seems to take 15 -20 mins).
  The only issue was finding the bus stop for the return ride from the airport. Checkout was simpler too and fully automated. Overall excellent service and good value for money. "

  " Simple methods of delivering and collecting vehicles. However displeased with the attitude of driver of coach taking customers from airport to collection point. With plenty of space on the coach he seemed to delight in closing gate and doors just as four further passengers arrived (including ourselves) resulting in further 25 minutes wait. Not ideal at 2.45am! "
