  " Advanced, the only one thing as using it for very first time, was not enough info where to look for the bus when you come back, and small detail like mentioning that by exit barier you will need to use key tag barcode. When arriving morning after the flight people get confused why does the barier don’t go up, was not the only one at the time.
  Other then that experience really good, next time will know and will be much easier. "

  " There was help at hand on our arrival and the punctuality of the bus taking us to the airport.
  However, were disappointed to find our car not ready for our departure, i.e. having to find it in its parking slot instead. Which was not what was promised and delayed our journey home. "

  " My Suggestions: The automated service is great as it reduces cost but the login and follow-on instructions need to be on the screen for longer. My check-in screen was timed. Didn't see what it was for. On return, the instructions said go to area 4 but it was actually Bay D. Then on car collection, the screen said my car was in Bay O but no such bay exists. I ended up walking all over the airport and you car park! "

  " Bay M at Luton (regular drop off point) wasn't available for the pick up on my return. Looking at my confirmation it said to proceed to Bay 4, which is actually Bay D. Not very clear, but only a minor issue for a usually very efficient service. "
