  " The return bus service regularity, so no long wait.
  The surge of adrenalin as I started the car only to find it had been left in gear with the handbrake off. No-one was hurt, luckily, but it woke us up after a long overnight journey. "

  Only one small observation.. The driver could have helped lift cases onto rack in the first place because he then had to rearrange them to make more room. "

  Would have been useful if details were updated to reflect the improvement works; told us bus will pick up from point M outside but that was all blocked off and no notice or information to advise of alternative pick up point. "

  " The staff at check in were very helpful. The bus driver was very helpful. Finding your key was very easy. However, when we tried to find your bus at the terminal it was extremely stressful. It was 1am and we had four children including a screaming one year old, all dragging suitcases etc and your bus was not in the bay your paperwork said. We walked round & round watching hundreds more passengers leaving the terminal finding the bus ahead of us so when we eventually found it we only just got on! Please don't let this happen to other families! The only negative of both our journeys. "

  " Secure carpark. However, did not appreciate being informed by the exit barrier / machine that I had an outstanding balance of £444 in the earlier hours of the morning!
  Thankfully, a car park attendant was available over the intercom to manually raise the barrier. "

  " The car park was not bad,but we did have issues to find space first. The problem was that you could miss the fight looking for space to park which is very important,If you had car park attendance to direct you to the space then we have no problems to park. I recommend that for your improvement to progress and popularity of your car park that you have permanent car park attendance for guidance where to park and then you will be in top list for the best car park ever ,you must improve asap so that I can recommend you to friends & family, so please do this and I would have no problems to park. "

  " Parking,location and bus service were fine but the parking was prepaid on the internet for which I was charged twice and had to get re-imbursed. The gate on exit then tried to charge us a further £234 so I had to call the attendant to be able to leave. "
