  " The automated process to check in worked well. However, we did not have a return flight number as we were returning to the airport by hire car. Luckily there was a member of staff on hand to help with this issue. The pick up process was therefore very smooth and hassle free. "

  Staff were miserable though and quite rude, assuming everyone knows exactly how the system worked. It was our first time using airpark and the staff we happened encountered have a very poor approach to customer service "

  " I have used Airparks at Luton Airport a few times now and they have never let me down. I like the fact that you do not need to ring once you have collected your bags, because this is inevitably followed by a wait in the car park for your car to be returned. With Airparks the car is waiting for you - you simply rock up, collect your keys and head home. "
