  " Nice easy service, some confusion on return as it states to meet bus at at a numbered stop (4) when in fact bus stops were lettered A.B.C.D etc also we lost our ticket when away ...was easy to get a new code but maybe a sign to explain what to do when this happens would be good, as I myself pay more attention going on holiday then the details returning, definitely would recommend this service and would use again.

  " It was quicker then expected and that if you had problems there was someone there to help.
  I didn’t like the fact the leaflet we printed out says go to bay 4 to collect your bus back to your car. Bay 4 isn’t completed therefore doesn’t currently exist. Even your bus drivers are stating this. "
