  There are 2 things that shld be attended to;
  1) purple parking shld b clearly displayed / sign posted on d sight/ car park/ drop off area or the txt confirmation shld clearly state Whr to drop off the car - like “car park 1 - 3rd floor” .
  2). On d way bck on d terminal it shld be sign posted Whr purple parking is!! Or d direction to follow to d car park to pick up ur car ! "

  " In the middle of the night it is impossible to determine from the bus with steamed up windows just where you are in the car park.The drivers need to an announce where they are in the car park, what are areas and rows are close and which way to turn after alighting. "

  " Absolutely fantastic, not so far from the airport, communication with the staff very easy (we have arrived after midnight, when I called them they picked up the phone straight away and the bus came within 10 mins). Really recommend. "
