  " All good. Slightly stressful when reaching exit gate to find I needed ticket again which was in boot. Apologies to car behind me as I had to jump out and search for ticket in bag in boot. Perhaps you could print on ticket that you will need it to leave car park? "

  " I have used Airparks for many years. This was the first time in the last 24 months. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The car park was poorly lit and the ground full of dangerous potholes. I parked in the dark and rain and arrived back in the dark. With the patchy spot lights and dangerous surface it was a hazardous experience to find my car at 1am after travelling for 20 hours. I found a number and called an attendant who helped me find my car. Can you please respond to me at arudoff@ntlworld.com as I believe these are important health and safety and customer value/experience matters which need to be dealt with. "

  " Efficient check in service and easy to find with satnav. Arrived very early morning and waited a short time for a bus we did however leave some people waiting for the next bus.
  We liked having a ticket with zone and row as a reminder for our return. The car park is fairly well lit but you might want to use your torch app in some areas. Friendly staff. "

As we were parked at the far end of the car park, it would have been nice if the bus driver had said I can take you to the end of the car park, near where our car was parked instead of me walking in the dark yo the car. Otherwise quite happy with the service. "

  " Not very good this time. Lots of unhappy people including us that nearly missed our flight. A very slow member of staff taking his time with a queue out onto the road. 50 mins to park up and get on the bus, considering everyone had prepaid it wouldve been easier to scan number plate and give a ticket from a machine. Never felt so rushed and also with security a nightmare everyone was running for the flight. All saying the same about your car park.
  Also didn't help that someone left something in their car and the bus driver stopped and let her get off the bus and we all had to wait for her.
  Very disappointed this time, last time was excellent, straight in and parked but this time not happy at all. "

  " I had nearly a 2hr delay due to problems with take-off in Schiphol and then slow baggage handling at Luton, so was concerned that my car park booking either wouldn't be recognised, or I'd need to pay more when I finally made it to the barrier.
  I was so pleased when it just lifted and let me through.
