  " I have only used your services once and on arrival was asked if I wanted to pay an additional £10 to park in the VIP area opposite the office, otherwise I would have to park at the very very top of the hill which is quite a walk. Looking up at the hill I decided to pay the £10.
  It wasn't until my return that I realised that the bus service stops several times on the way up and down that hill.
  I feel like I was scammed out of the £10 as it was definitely implied that I would have to walk all the way up that hill on my return to get the car.
  On top of that, the bus back didn't stop outside the office, he proceeded straight up the hill and when I told him i was parked outside the office he said I should have told him at the start and that not to worry it is only a few minutes walk back for me.
  I don't care about that walk back, but didn't think the attitude was very professional particularly since I had paid for this "VIP" parking service.
  Overall, for something that should be quite simple I came away very disappointed. "

  " Excellent staff. They helped me at 2am with flat battery when AA told me it will take 3 hours someone will be available, in a freezing weather. Two patrolling gentleman ?East European and other ?Mr Peviz were amazing how they started my car in 10 minutes. Many thanks "

  " Everything was fine despite arriving at the site, in the dark, for the first time, so of course I did drive around a little bit to find the entrance. Couldn't find my confirmation, but the lady who greeted me obviously knew because of my car number and I then answered a few questions.
  Bus trip there and back was fine, and leaving was no problem at all.
  I listened to the lady who greeted me on my arrival and knew and kept the receipt which enabled me to drive out with no problem at all. "

  " My car was in a river of water and the car park was like a lake no lights to see so you are walking through the water because you can't see and to top it all my wiper blades where missing. So not a good experience. You drag your cases through a river so your case's are wet. "

  Bus transfers need so much improvement. When we returned bus did not arrive for agars and then was overcrowded and driver was doing his best but was letting more and more people on what was ridiculous. "
