  " The area we were to drop off was full (red b) so we drove back to reception to be told to just go to the next section with free space, fine but would have been good to be told that when we came through so we didn't need to drive back down. Bus to airport fine. Return bus waited over 25 mins then a Slip End bus who had borrowed an short term airparks bus pulled in to stop R and rather rudely told the passengers for short term to move out of the way "

  " I have just returned after a delay and despite paying a premium to cover late return (up to 24hours)and hearing from the online chat that it would be an additional £10 for the extra day I was told to pay an extra £30.....I was handed a phone to then speak to the guy in the office who was incredibly rude and kept quoting that the paid late cover and conversation was not his problem as well as incorrectly saying I was 3 days late... I wasn't.
  What a poor end to a lovely time away.... Never had this problem in the past with Airparks Meet and Greet... Such a shame! "

  " I always use Airparks when I fly from Luton.
  Staff are always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.
  I arrived back from holiday recently and got myself into a bit of a pickle at 12 midnight! The carpark attendant on the night was a guy called John. He got me sorted out, helped me get my car sorted and was just an absolute superstar!

  " Telephone provided on the airport and on the ticket not going through, no answer, had to wait till half hour for the bust to come. Only 1 bus in operation so passengers left behind had to wait for another 45 minutes before the bus came. "
