  Number plate recognition means no fussing looking for booking papers. Bus to terminate was clean and quick. Only a couple minutes to wait for bus. Good location easy to find.
  On return to Luton same as before bus waiting, simple scan of bar code.

  " The Airparks facility at Luton is close to the airport - about 5 minutes in the bus - well organized by cheerful staff, and properly surfaced. I had short waits for the transfer, maybe 6 or 7 minutes on departure and the bus was waiting on arrival. For a one-night trip it was about one third of the price for on-airport parking, so what's not to like?! "

  " Airparks booked for 20th to 25th April. There were problems with our flight, we had to return to the car park and leave for 24 hours to catch next day flight. There was no assistance on the spot to say we were coming back. We had no choice but to rebook with Airparks next day for 21st to 25th April. As Self Parking was full we had to pay more money for the Short Stay.
  What to improve?
  -Communication with your customers
  -Please install mobile toilets as Services are not open early hours (for example, see from Suffolk to Luton)
