  " the car was terribly dirty and at the pick up I had to wait about 15 minutes after I was informing of my arrival just after leaving the plane, which means estra 20 minutes considering the walk to the passport control, the queing at the passport control itself and the time spent waiting the luggage plus the walk to the pick up point. now that the weather is still acceptable (even if at 1:30 am was quite chilli) it is fine, but I can imagine in winter what can be waiting so long to get the car back. long story short, the service should be improved considering the costs related. "

  " Absolutely delighted with the service as always - however, on this occasion, they really went above and beyond - our flight from Prague was delayed overnight which meant an additional cost for our car. I spoke with Jason who said he would speak with his manager , but said in the first instance just get home safely and don’t worry. We turned up the next date late afternoon and our car was ready once again and were greeted with a very friendly and hugely impressive attitude of ‘don’t worry about the extra day, get yourselves home and hope to see you again’ Airparks - fantastic service and attitude and would recommend you all without reservation - excellent !! "
