  " Even though our flight was cancelled and we were early back without notice, the staff were helpful in keeping us updated about the ETA of my car being returned. It took 30 minutes because my car was in the middle of a row which they had to then move all other cars.
  If I had let them know beforehand, this wouldn't have been an issue. "

  " A very slick, automated process for both drop off and pick up with friendly staff around to assist at drop off. My only issue was trying to leave the car park when I had to scan the bar code attached to my car key; this wouldn’t work despite many repeated attempts, turning the fob over and trying in different ways. I pressed the call button (several times) but had no response from staff. Luckily the barrier finally raised and I was able to leave. "
