  " The picking up coming back from the holiday was really quick, far better than the meet and greet offered at Luton by another company! Moreover there was no additional charge despite being 5 hours late. The staff on site and on the phone (Charlie) were pleasant and friendly. When flying to Luton, I will certainly book the Shortrun carpark again. "

  " Would have given a 10 but ticket given to leave the car park was too big for the machine. When it’s raining at 2am and you just want to leave I was very annoyed. Attendant was too slow to react and help me. Apart from that good. "

  " Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Jason when I got to Airparks in the early hours of the morning and didn't have my ticket. My flight had been delayed, I was travelling alone and was quite fraught by the time I got to Airparks. Jason couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and sympathetic, he instantly tool the stress of the situation. Would definitely recommend you & use you again, if I fly from Luton. "
