  " You can improve the way you display in which row is the car parked. When collecting the cars there is ALWAYS a queue of people who want to collect the keys as quickly as possible. It would be so much better if people could just collect the keys and only then they could refer to a poster placed on a wall or something like that. This would be more efficient AND more convenient for everybody. Everybody is always confused where the given row is. Put a big "static" poster rather than the small screen which is difficult to decipher, especially that it is difficult to judge where is north/south on your map. Just ask your customers! "
