  " On our return the bus dropped us off a long way from our allocated parking spot. The surface was rough and has messed up the wheels on our case.
  However when we eventually got back to the car was horrified to see the state of the car. It was absolutely covered in birds mess, dusty mud and sticky pollen and leaves from the trees. Also when driving out picked up tar and stones which are stuck on the wheels. "

  " All went well on our arrival for an early flight from London / Luton Airport.
  Car registration recognised at barrier and parking was clear enough after a short wait for a return ticket to be issued manually.
  A slight delay with the departure of the bus to the airport but door to door service okay.
  Easy recognition of the bus on our return and a speedy return to the parking place at Slip End.
  No problem finding car but found it to be completely covered in dirt, as the car park was being re-surfaced. Rather disappointed.
  Altogether a good experience except for the need to have the car washed on our return home. "

  " The booking process & the coach transfers were OK. What we didn't much like was the new system you have introduced. The site had insufficient lighting as we arrived to collect our vehicle at 1.15am. We were deposited at our red zone & that was it. There was no other assistance available & finding where you had parked the car in the very dark conditions was difficult. The dusty & stony conditions made moving suitcases difficult & the car was smothered in dust which needed a lot of attention before we could exit the site which again was difficult due to inadequate lighting. "

  " Had both an early and a late flight. Was very easy to know what to do. Only thing I would say was slightly confusing was on the way back, the sign at the bay for the bus said we had to phone them to let them know we were there. No one picked up but a bus soon arrived anyway. "

  " Excellent!
  Only problem was missing the entrance sign when we arrived. Plenty of spaces available & just a few minutes walk from the terminal. So much easier to park here & not have to wait for shuttle buses off site. Staff were helpful too. "

  " Arrival at carpark in good although spaces are very very narrow and lighting poor. On returning no answer to phone calls and had to wait 30mins for bus, on arrival at parking the lighting was very poor and signage nonexistent. "

  " Excellent, parking is dead easy. You are told which area to park in and given a ticket (which you keep for use on return), you no longer have to leave your keys so your car is parked in the same place you left it. You then hop on a bus which we waited about 10 minutes for, then off to the airport and dropped of right at the doors to departures. On return you come out of the airport and the bus stops are directly in front of you and clearly marked. Waited about 7 minutes for it to arrive, show your ticket and board. Short drive back to the car park, off the bus, short walk to the car, in you get and off to the barrier, push ticket into machine, barrier lifts and off you go. So incredibly quick and easy ~ we would NEVER use Meet and Greet ever again after they lost our car! This park and ride service is% . THANK YOU "
