  " the drop off journey on our outward flight was good but when we arrived back in glasgow on sunday morning we had to wait almost twenty minutes for the courtesy bus to arrive , then we were herded on like cattle !!there were pushchairs on the floor and people were standing because there were no seats and when we got to the car park as people got off others got on which cause a lot of hassle getting cases off when we got to our stop, maybe time to think about a separate bus for pick ups and drop offs !! "
