  Need to give yourself plenty of time as waited on the bus for over mins waiting on other passengers hence cutting me short for getting through security etc for my flight. "

  " We had literally no waiting at all as the bus service was so regular. Really pleased with the service however other services we have used allowed their drivers to assist passengers with their luggage. Airparks apparently does not
  Many passengers are quite elderly or perhaps travelling alone, and assistance with luggage would be most helpful. "
