  " Reception staff very good. Only five minutes transfer time but waited on the bus to leave for fifteen minutes. On return, bus was waiting. Car park extremely busy on arrival and car parked a very long way from reception. Of course the rain was torrential and I got soaked getting back to my car. Maybe a bus route around on arrival would be better with a couple of stop overs. "
