  " very good service. My only concern is not always but in the past we have stood at the front of the queue, the bus pulls up and people at the back put their cases forward and we are unable to get on the first run. This can cause a problem "

• Meet and Greet
  " The best park of using this service at Newcastle airport was how close (once we parked our car and handed over keys) we were to the terminal. This was ideal with a small family.
  The reason for not a higher rating was that when we got into our car, both the driver seat (expected) but also the passenger seat had the seat settings changed drastically and the head rests moved to the top so much that they were rested on the ceiling of the car. We were also under the impression that someone had looked through the glove box and compartment between the front seats of the car which made my feel uneasy. We also found that the staff while were not rude, they were not very friendly either. "
