  " We pre-booked and some confusion on arrival at the gate. Sticker states 'If you have pre-booked take ticket' - no ticket automatically appeared. Other sticker refers to 'other customers to press blue flashing button' so we pushed the blue button to obtain a ticket, Also machine mis-read our number plate!!! ND came out as NB, which was probably why no automatic ticket appeared.
  All was easily resolved by your 'man at the gate' on our arrival back, who was extremely helpful and courteous. "

  " The convenience of parking right next to the terminal, so its just a short walk and zero stress on arrival is great.
  Plus once you get your bags back at arrivals and only have to walk out, turn right and walk 50 yards - and your car is waiting for you.
  No worries about the safety of your car either. "

  " My understanding was that we would arrive at the terminal entrance and someone would then take our car away to be stored.
  So we were a bit confused at first about how to proceed, but we got there in the end.
  Our return was simpler,and we got away in no time, so it was far quicker than using the regular long stay. "
