  " I had to change the car the day before we flew, this was really easy to do, however I did have a problem when we came to leave the car park as it wanted me to pay £98 before I could leave. Thankfully the man on the desk was very helpful and sorted it promptly for me, he said it was because the registration wasn’t the one on the original form so my only criticism would be that the change of registration number hadn’t worked even though I had received an updated document, maybe this needs looking into. "
