  " No indication of free spaces. Generally poor signage. Understand development work going on so even more need for helpful signage. System did not recognise vehicle on exit. Makes a mockery of electronic processes that all service providers come to rely on at the expense of human service delivery. Sorry to say I was disappointed this time. "

• Meet and Greet
  " When we dropped the car off it was perfect, when we returned the car was ready however the chap wasn't there as he had been pulled away to look at some problem in the terminal. Therefore we had to wait for 10 minutes in the frost and when he returned he did apologise and give us the key and the exit ticket we then had to scrape the windows to remove the frost. As one of my passengers was over 70 it wasn't perfect. "
