  " I book through Airparks on average six times a year, and I have only ever had a problem once. Last month when my flight was delayed, I had only been in the car park at Newcastle for 3 hours,but because I came out my booking for 10 days was cancelled without a refund and I had to make a new booking and pay again to re enter.As a regular customer I expected better. Beware !!! "
