  " spaces too close together, careless people will just drag their cases through and not worry about damaging your paintwork. also not very happy to find out that my neighbour paid £12 less for 3days more parking than I did even though I had booked mine two months previous, bit miffed at that. "

  " It took all the stress out of finding a parking space. You park up, leave your keys with security, get you cases and walk up the ramp to the entrance. We will definitely use this service every time in the future. "

  " Process was relatively simple. Downsides....signage in car park poor and had to queue to get out while other users 'fumbled' with tickets, agreements etc! Might be useful to get someone out on the exit when cars are backing up because of this! "

  Put up some coloured markers triangle circle squares for different areas
  Lots of people were wandering around looking for there cars when we got back in the dark
  Including me !!!
  I knew I was in Birmingham and facing an A sign but there were lots of A and B s
  Nevermind I'll still use this car park again "

  " At the entrance to the parking area it would be very helpful if there was a board informing motorists exactly where the empty parking spaces are. There are many areas and each one is given a letter.i spent ages winding my way through endless parking areas trying to find a vacant space "
