  " As smooth as usual. Just dump the car, and fly off - no hassle. On the way back, the bus collected us just a few minutes after entering the camera-monitored bus stand, and we were dropped off at our car. The drivers insisted on moving our luggage in and out of their buses. Office staff knew who we were as soon s we entered the office. well done, and I'll continue to use this service "

  " The easiness of exiting the car park. My last time at Newcastle I had to drive to the customer service area to show my booking details and then have my ticket authorised for exit. VRN is so much quicker and convenient. "
