  " Discount rate via e-mail was excellent. Simple parking solution (as normal at Newcastle Airport). Only issue was 'ticket' failed to open barrier on leaving and had to be authorised in the gatehouse - a tad of an issue as my car was blocking the queue at the barrier. Quickly resolved by friendly helpful staff - well done! "

  " Easy to book bus to airport waiting when we arrived back but as we had 5am flight going out arrived at car park at 3am waited for10 minutes and no bus turned up so we had to walk to airport no problem for us but not good for elderly or disabled people "

  " How easy everything was. Only one critisism, Airparks is not stated on the Long Stay Sign at the airport. This caused some confusion until I called the number provided. Perhaps a sign outside the car park to say that Airparks is the long stay car park would help "
