  " I had no problems at all although I do drop off my wife with the cases at the terminal then park and walk back.
  On my return, I seat my wife with the luggage, just inside the door and walk to my car and pick her up at the drop off car park, it costs a pound a visit to drop and pick up but it beats heaving cases onto the bus etc. "

  " Easy to book BUT the last two times I have used the car park my ticket has been rejected at the barrier. When this happens the driver has to leave the car and go into the office (blocking the exit). The explanation it seems is that the registration number is not recognised I.e. The letter O has been wrongly input at 0 (zero) , I assume by office staff because I do know my own registration number. Please resolve this annoying problem with inputting data. "

  " The staff were excellent. When we arrived back at Newcastle airport our car had a flat battery and after one quick phone call a member of staff drove round to us with a booster which sorted the problem out. "

  Transfer mini buses need some attention eg passenger access too high when pull out step is unusable, my partner fell backwards as a result "

  " On line booking very straight forward. Numberplate recognition system very effective for drop off and pickup. Shuttle bus efficient. But, Newcastle Airport parking has always been a 'ripoff'! "

  " Efficient. Worry free parking. Courtesy bus on time with friendly driver. Good to leave the airport and drive home. Better than having to wait for a taxi. Also about the same price but far more convenient. "
