  " I liked how easy it was to find the car park, we travelled down to Newcastle from Fife in Scotland and got to it no bother. The fact that it had registration recognition at the barrier is great as well and once you press the button and get your ticket the barrier lifts and in you go. Simple!!! "

  " The parking lanes are not numbered or lettered.
  This is the second time I have used this car park and on both occasions I have had to get out of the car at the barrier and have my ticket authorised, yet the literature states that you should drive up to the barrier , insert ticket and you will be allowed to exit. On both occasions it's been raining and an inconvenience, and I wasn't the only person having yo do this - please get this fault sorted. "
